DESIGN

ACON Projects services extend from the initial planning phase, which is often characterised by carrying out feasibility studies to ascertain the financial viability of a project, to the management of the entire design and authority approval process, right through to construction. When designing with ACON Projects, initial feasibility and costing is established prior to the generation of formal documentation. In doing so, our clients have the ability to make educated decisions during the design phase.

OUR FOUR STEP DESIGN PROCESS

Step 1

Initial Consultation

No obligation, free of charge
  • Discuss your property’s suitability with respect to your proposed development.
  • Establish an approximate budget.
  • Establish your objectives, wants, and needs.

Step 2

FINAL COSTING, ACCEPTANCE AND AGREEMENT

  • This step involves ACON Projects formally submitting a quotation/ proposal which will explicitly detail all project particulars.
  • Once an agreement has been reached, we will issue a standard NSW Housing Contract for signing.

Step 3

DA/CDC Lodgment

  • Prior to council/ authority lodgement, we will issue draft plans for approval.
  • Once plans have been approved by the client, we will submit plans to council.

Step 4

MATERIAL SELECTIONS, CONSTRUCTION AND HANDOVER

  • During construction, together with you, we will gradually select finishes as required, at previously agreed prices. By doing this, each finish selection can be carefully thought out, rather than in the heat of the moment at time of contract signing.
