This project involves the rezoning of an existing R2 parcel of land into an R4 Medium-Density Residential site, to accommodate the construction of 48 off one-, two- and three-bedroom luxury apartments. ACON Projects have been engaged to manage the entire re-zone process including all feasibility, costing and conceptual design.
